I made a promise to use my skills in therapy to allow more people to see the beauty in life.
Mirror Mind Therapy isn’t just about treating your anxiety, stress or lack of confidence (that’s just a bonus). It’s about allowing you to access the most meaningful life possible.
I’ve dedicated my life to uncovering the secrets of the mind. I studied psychology (BSc) at Exeter and graduated with my MSc in Occupational Therapy from Oxford. I’ve worked in mental health for the past 7 years, both as a freelance hypnotherapist and occupational therapist in the NHS. I now specialise in helping people with Anxiety, chronic stress and low self-esteem.
During this time I have helped 100’s open their minds and glimpse the mental freedom the lies beyond their current disorder.
I take a holistic approach when it comes to my passion. Meaning I treat the person not the disorder. In fact, I don’t have patients at all… I have students and if you allow me, I can show you how to see, feel and experience more from life than you ever knew was possible. However, I cannot heal you directly, because the choice to learn is always up to you… or not. All you have to do is open your mind and let life in.
The Mirror Mind Therapy Method teaches that every emotional trigger is a mirror, reflecting where we are not yet free. From childhood, our natural sense of self-worth can become wounded by experiences of rejection, fear, or loss. To make sense of this pain, we create subconscious roles like “I’m not enough” or “I’m not safe,” and then spend years compensating through habits such as overachieving, people-pleasing, or emotional withdrawal. These coping mechanisms protect us temporarily but ultimately reinforce the very stories that limit us, leading to stress, burnout, and disconnection from who we truly are. The Mirror Mind Method helps you identify and separate your true self from these learned roles, transforming triggers into tools for growth. As you defuse these limiting identities, you rediscover self-compassion, rebuild confidence, and experience a renewed sense of mental freedom, liberating your mind and allowing life to flow with clarity, ease, and authenticity.
Life will provide us with mirrors to show us where we are not free. These mirrors are shown most strongly in our work, our interests and our relationships. It is tempting to blame something outside of us when life does not meet our expectations. But this is a mistake, and if you indulge in your ego you may be taking somewhere you did not intend to go. Instead, each and every time we are triggered, we can use this as an opportunity to know more about who we are. To heal our wounds and open up to life if only we have the courage to look within. “True discover is not through uncovering new lands, but seeing through new eyes”.

What We Do?
At Mirror Mind Therapy, we believe that the challenges in your personal and professional life act as mirrors, indicating where you can experience more freedom in your life. These mirrors are life giving you the opportunity to experience more acceptance, compassion, and joy towards yourself and life. Whenever you experience mental suffering, mental freedom is there, waiting on the other side. There are 3 powerful pillars we focus on throughout this process to deepen your relationship with others and yourself.
- Embodiment
Embodiment is one of the core practices we use to help you reconnect with your body and emotions. This then allows you to relate and connect more authentically with others. Many of us live in our heads, disconnected from how we truly feel. We also use embodiment to help you identify and release trapped emotions and limiting beliefs that are keeping you stuck in self-sabotaging patterns. Through somatic awareness, mindfulness, and interrelated embodiment practices, these skills help ground you into your personal power, feel a greater sense of acceptance in your body, and become more authentic in your intimate and professional relationships. - Changing Your Relationship With Stress Most of us spend our lives avoiding stress difficult conversations, asking for what we deserve, or taking bold risks. But stress isn’t the enemy. It’s our relationship to stress that determines whether it harms or strengthens us. Research shows that when we see stress as a challenge instead of a threat, it leads to less burnout, more resilience, and greater growth. Just like a tree pushing through the soil or a story that keeps us hooked tension is what makes life meaningful. When we embrace tension instead of running from it, it becomes fuel for growth, depth, and transformation.
- Surrendering Into Flow
Surrender is the most powerful yet most resisted practice I teach. It’s not about giving up, it’s about letting go of control so life can flow through you. This is because true power comes from openness, not resistance. When we cling to outcomes, we hesitate, force, and push our way through life, draining our energy and creating struggle. From a place of surrender, you pivot with ease. You show up unattached, expansive, and magnetic. People feel that. Opportunities flow more naturally. Surrender doesn’t mean doing nothing or not trying. It’s the dance between action and trust, allowing life to carry 80% while you bring the aligned 20%. This is where ease, timing, and real success emerge.

Mindfulness and Embodiment Community Group (£23)
Our biweekly in-person community groups offer a safe container to allow somatic release of stress, buried subconscious narratives and emotions, through movement, connection and meditations designed to regulate and heal your nervous system.
We all take on imperceptible feelings of stress throughout our daily lives, keeping us feeling stuck in fight and flight and preventing us from embracing our authentic selves. Most of the stress we take on can easily be rationalised away and suppressed while we ‘get on’ with life. However, ‘The Body Keeps The Score’. Without a consistent practice to release this build-up of stress through the body, this dormant pressure accumulates in the system, leading to mental and physical disease and a decreased capacity to enjoy life.

This is a 10-week, deep dive into the shadow of the subconscious. Using the reflective techniques of The Mirror Mind Method to identify and defuse from the limiting narratives and subconscious beliefs about yourself that hold you back from being your most confident and authentic version of yourself.

The Stories We Tell Ourselves
In my 20s, I struggled with dating, work, and social confidence. I wasn’t just shy. I had no friends, no love life, and was even given disciplinary at work for lacking confidence. I tried everything. I read books, took courses, worked with private 1-on-1 mentors, and even learnt card magic to make me more social. But nothing worked. On the outside, I looked confident, but inside, it felt like I was constantly wearing a mask. No matter what I did, there was this lingering feeling that I did not belong, was not valued, and it was not safe to be myself.
The truth was, I was carrying a quiet story of shame and fear deep in my subconscious—a pattern in my nervous system I didn’t even realize was running my life. But everything changed when, at 25, I experienced a powerful embodiment meditation that helped me finally let go of that story and accept myself for who I was at my core. It was like a weight lifted off me. I stopped trying to be someone else and started showing up as myself.
From that moment, everything changed. I stopped hiding. I stopped performing. And instead, I started feeling and truly accepting who I was in my own skin. Conversations that once died on me became effortless. I no longer needed to impress or win anyone over… because I finally trusted that I was already enough.
Dating became less about ‘game’ and more about genuine connection. I attracted women who resonated with the real me, because… I already liked myself. It was as if that once critical voice in my head was now saying, “I like who I am, so why shouldn’t you?” And there was no need to overthink my every move or word. There was a calm confidence in knowing I could be vulnerable, open, and still deeply respected.
At work, things shifted fast, too! I stopped playing small. I started speaking up, not with arrogance, but with clarity and confidence that reflected my true potential. I brought more creativity, leadership, and vision into the room… and people noticed. I went from fearing criticism to actually welcoming feedback.
Money started flowing in ways that felt aligned with who I was, not something I had to hustle or suffer for. Sometimes I didn’t even know where it had come from. I just looked in my account and there it was!
And socially? I became magnetic. I didn’t try to be the most interesting person in the room… I just owned myself. There was no hidden agenda. Just presence. Old friends and even people who used to tease me back in school started asking what had changed. “You’re so confident now… what happened?”
The answer was simple: I let go of the story that I wasn’t enough. I dropped the roles. The rules. The exhausting need to prove something and protect myself against a threat that only existed in my imagination. And I reclaimed the freedom to just be me… In love, in purpose, and in life.
That moment was the beginning of what would become Mirror Mind Therapy, the same process I now use to help people like you uncover and release your limiting beliefs holding them back from self-acceptance and uncovering their limitless potential to live a meaningful life.
