Experience a Life of Meaning and Mental Freedom

You don’t need another coping strategy or emotional management tool. No one seeks support to simply cope better… You want to be free!

The impact of the interventions and support have not only saved me, but has Impacted my loved ones and extended family . My children have a father , My parents have a son , My sister has a brother.

Ben has opened my eyes to
endless possibilities and helped me transform my relationship with hardship and struggle.

I want to share this with the world! This saved my life. Ben, you truly have a gift!

What Is Mental Freedom

Perhaps you’ve tried therapy before. You’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, practised mindfulness and learnt techniques to manage your thoughts and emotions. They’ve helped. But deep down, it still feels like there is something wrong with your world. You still find yourself overthinking. Feeling on edge. Struggling to switch off. Repeating the same patterns in your relationships, work or health, despite knowing better. If that resonates, there’s nothing wrong with you. Your mind and body may simply be doing exactly what they learnt to do to protect you.

I believe many of the emotional struggles people experience today aren’t signs that they need to be fixed. They are signs that their nervous system is still carrying unresolved experiences from the past. When difficult experiences are not fully processed, they can leave us living in a constant state of protection rather than connection. Over time this can show up as anxiety, chronic stress, burnout, emotional numbness, people-pleasing, perfectionism, persistent physical symptoms, or simply the feeling that life is harder than it should be.

The goal isn’t to fight these symptoms. It’s to understand what they’re trying to communicate.

Most approaches to mental health focus on helping you cope. Coping has its place. But what if you didn’t have to spend your life managing anxiety, controlling your thoughts or constantly trying to regulate your emotions? What if you could be free?

My aim is not simply to help manage your symptoms, but to help you develop a new baseline of emotional wellbeing, one where calm feels natural, relationships become easier, your body feels safer, and you can engage more fully with the life you want to live.

That is true Mental Freedom. Giving you the ability to respond to life’s thoughts and emotions with flexibility rather than being governed by automatic survival patterns.

As a registered Occupational Therapist working within the NHS, I specialise in supporting people with complex presentations. Rather than focusing solely on diagnosis, I focus on understanding the person in front of me, because lasting change begins there.

So if you’re tired of simply coping and you’re ready to move into a space of mental freedom, I’d be honoured to help.

About Your Transformation

At some point in life, many of us absorb painful beliefs about who we are. Beliefs such as “I am not safe”, “I am not enough”, “I am unlovable”, or “I am not okay”. These beliefs do not just live in the mind. They become stored in our bodies and shape our nervous system. Dictating our habits, relationships, and how we experience the world. Over time, we build coping strategies around them: people pleasing, perfectionism, overachieving, avoidance, numbing, controlling, dissociating, or constantly seeking reassurance. These strategies can look like strength, but often they are survival.

Eventually, the strain of carrying these old roles can show up as anxiety, burnout, depression, emotional reactivity, relationship difficulties, chronic stress, shutdown, or a deep sense of disconnection from yourself. Many people then focus even harder on fixing the symptom, while the root issue remains untouched. That is why insight alone is not always enough, and why more coping strategies can sometimes leave you feeling even more stuck.

The Mirror Mind Method helps you bring these unconscious patterns into awareness, separate them from your identity, and relate to yourself in a new way. As you stop fusing with the old story, you create more space for self-compassion, emotional freedom, grounded confidence, and healthier choices. The result is not becoming someone new. It is returning to who you were before fear, shame, and survival patterns told you who you had to be.

You do not need to become someone else. You need to see clearly what you have been carrying, loosen the grip of the story, and reconnect with the part of you that was never broken. The only question is are you ready to free your mind?

About My Therapy Services

Mental Freedom Therapy - 1-1 (£64.99)

“Until you make the subconscious conscious, it will dictate your life, and you will call it fate”

In our 1-to-1 sessions, we go beyond coping and into transformation. Using a tailored, client-centred blend of ACT, breathwork, Polyvagal-informed practice, embodiment, and parts work, I help you break free from the limiting narratives, emotional armour, and nervous system patterns that have kept you small. This work is not about managing symptoms or collecting more ‘mindset’ tools to hold it all together. It is about healing at the root, teaching your body that it is safe to soften, safe to feel, and safe to be fully seen as your authentic self. As you stop fighting your inner experience and start meeting it with courage, compassion, and curiosity, anxiety begins to loosen, self-worth begins to rise, and life opens in a new way. What you once chased outside of yourself (peace, confidence, love, freedom) start to become something you embody from within, no matter what is happening around you.

Your first session is completely free to ensure we have a good working relationship. From there, you can either book individual sessions as you go for £64.99, or book them in blocks of 6 or 12 for a discounted rate (£60).

Mental Freedom Meditation Sessions (£7.99)

Let go, Surrender and Embrace Freedom

Join us every Wednesday (7pm) for our weekly online Mental Freedom Meditation Sessions

These weekly group sessions offer a powerful space to relax, reconnect, and return to your body. In a safe, supportive container, you’ll be guided through meditation, breathwork, and somatic movement to release trapped emotion, unwind accumulated stress, and soften the subconscious patterns that keep your nervous system locked in survival mode.

So much of the pressure we carry each day is silently stored in the body, draining our confidence, vitality, and capacity for connection. This is your space to let that weight go, to regulate your system, and to feel grounded in yourself again. Over time, these sessions help you shift from tense, rigid and emotionally shut down, to present, open, and experiencing a deeper sense of inner freedom.

Monthly Mental Freedom Workshops (£34.99)

Mental Freedom isn’t something you think your way into… it’s something you learn to feel.

Many of us spend our lives trying to think our way out of emotional pain. We analyse, overthink, distract ourselves and search for the next strategy that might finally make us feel okay. But lasting change doesn’t come from thinking differently alone. It comes from helping the body feel safe enough to let go of what it’s been holding onto.

Each month, we come together in a small, supportive group to practise evidence-informed somatic techniques that help regulate the nervous system, increase emotional awareness and reconnect you with your body’s natural capacity for healing.

Every session explores a different theme from anxiety and emotional regulation to self-worth, boundaries, connection and manifesting the life you want. Combining practical teaching with guided experiential exercises that you can continue using in everyday life.

Living In Mental Freedom - 6 Week Mastermind (£234.99)

“The mystery of Life isn’t a problem to solve… but a reality to experience…”

Being human in the modern world can feel like living in a constant state of reaching, fixing, and bracing for what comes next. We move so quickly from one moment to another that we forget how to actually be here, and over time that creates a quiet war within. You start chasing what you think will make you feel better, avoiding what might make you feel worse, and before you know it, much of your life is organised around trying to feel okay inside.

But peace is not something you have to earn through struggle. In many ways, the struggle itself is what keeps the mind feeling loud, contracted, and unsafe.

This 6-week course offers a different path. It teaches you how to step back from the noise of the mind, meet your inner world with curiosity, compassion, and honesty, and live from a space of mental freedom. A clearer, more spacious way of relating to yourself and to life. As you learn to stop fighting your experience and start witnessing it with awareness, self-acceptance deepens, old patterns begin to loosen, and you reconnect with the parts of yourself that have always deserved care, respect, and room to thrive.

Going Deeper

The Cost Behind the Mask We Wear

So much of what we do and why we behave the way we behave is due to trying to feel good and avoid feeling bad. Logically, this sounds like a positive outlook to have. The problem comes in because the majority of what we do revolves around avoiding negative feelings that we have experienced in the past.

However, these feelings that we have experienced don’t simply go away. They become stored in the body. Each time they try to come up, we suppress, numb or distract ourselves to push them back down. This can happen for so long that we end up automatically suppressing feelings we don’t even know are there.

The energy that this ultimately costs us is huge. It completely limits our engagement in the tasks we find meaningful and fulfilling. This is because we’re spending half our energy trying to suppress how we feel, meaning that we are only half-engaged in whatever else we are doing.

When we learn to allow, observe, and befriend our suppressed feelings, it becomes possible to choose healthier habits, create supportive routines, and move through life with a greater sense of ease and delight. This shift of allowing our internal experience, rather than suppressing it, naturally improves emotional well-being, physical health, motivation, relationships, and our overall perception of what’s possible.

For many of my clients, the results have been profound.
When they finally allow and release stored emotional tension and unhelpful patterns held in the body, they often experience:

  • a surge in self-belief

  • renewed motivation

  • meaningful changes in daily habits

  • improved mental and physical well-being

  • a more hopeful and empowered outlook

  • deeper, healthier relationships

This creates an upward spiral; stronger self-belief leads to more aligned action, which leads to more internal regulation.

I call this turning point mental freedom.
It’s the moment your nervous system’s baseline shifts into flow state, allowing you to meet life with clarity, presence, and genuine possibility.

Letting go doesn’t just change your mindset; it transforms how the world shows up to meet you.
